Ark Centre
The Ark Centre is a therapy centre for pre-school children with autism and/or social communication difficulties.
Each child has their own personalised programme, put together by the Behaviour, Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists. The programmes follow the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Sessions
The centre runs two, three hour sessions each day. The morning sessions are from 9am to 12noon and the afternoon sessions are from 1pm to 4pm.
Sessions run Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year.
Each session has a maximum of 5 children present. Each child is required to attend a minimum of five sessions per week.
