POhWER
POhWER is a charity which offers information, advice, support and advocacy services throughout England.
They support people who face difficult issues and want to make their voice heard. All the services are free, independent and confidential. Services include:
- NHS complaints advocacy
- independent mental health advocacy
- independent mental capacity advocacy
- community advocacy
- Care Act advocacy
- advocacy in secure settings (such as high, medium and low secure hospitals, Psychiatric Intensive Care Units, acute settings, and residential facilities)
- children and young people’s advocacy
