Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (EWMHS)

Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (EWMHS) provides emotional wellbeing and mental health advice and support for young people and their families across Southend, Essex and Thurrock.

The type of support will vary depending on the type of concern and the severity. All of the direct support options aim for young people to meet their own goals. They include:

  • Online self-help
  • Sign-posting to other organisations such as Big White Wall
  • Crisis support
  • Specialist assessments
  • Face to face therapy either individually or in groups.

Take a look at the EWMHS Information booklet for more information
