Frontline Partnership

Frontline Partnership aims to prepare people with a learning disability for life in the community.

They run different projects in Brentwood and the surrounding areas.

HoursWorth (18 and above)

HoursWorth is a supported employment scheme which helps adults with additional needs to access paid work.  Adults are supported by a job coach.

Crown Cafe

This cafe is based at Sawyers Church and is open during term time. It employs people with a learning disability.

Tuesday Club

Sawyers Church also offers an inclusive social club for adults with and without a disability.  They run club nights and food nights.  On the last Tuesday of every month, adults are supported to organise an activity to do together such as swimming, going to a pub, football match or local library.

Cafe Art (18 and above)

These workshops offer people with a learning disability to make art in a relaxed and friendly cafe environment at Sawyers Church.

They run on Wednesdays, 10am to 12pm and Fridays, 10.30am to 12.30pm (term time only).  Read more on the art workshops.

The Gates Horticulture Project (18 and above)

Adults with a learning disability can take part in woodwork, arts and crafts, bee keeping and other horticultural activities.

Starburst Dance Nights (16 to 18)

These dance nights mean young people, with or without a disability, can enjoy a night club atmosphere with friends in a supportive environment.

Young people aged 16 or 17 must have an adult with them.
