LD Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy provides assessments and treatments for patients with a learning disability in North East and Mid Essex. This service includes treatment within homes, and community settings.. Physiotherapists work to achieve acute rehabilitation goals as well as maintenance programmes working with carers, relatives and the wider multi-disciplinary team to maintain independence.
Who the service provides for
Adults over the age of 18 with a GP in North East or Mid Essex and have a recognised learning disability.
