MiLi Holiday Club
MiLi Holiday Club is an inclusive and supportive club for young people with moderate learning difficulties. Activities include:
- arts and crafts
- games and sports
- quizzes
- films
- walks
- visits to the park and town
- relaxation
- beauty
The club runs during the summer, October half term, Christmas, February half term and Easter holidays.
Young people are given choice over whether they want to join in. MiLi Club understand how difficult socialising can be for some people and offer a taster day for anyone that is a bit unsure about joining.
The group is run by staff who are very experienced in pastoral care, autism (including those with PDA), cerebral palsy, down syndrome, epilepsy and anaphylaxis.
MiLi Club also provides drinks, snacks and lunch.
