Mind in South East and Central Essex offer low-cost counselling for people aged 5 and above.

Trauma programme

This is a free service for anyone that has experienced a traumatic event in their lives. Different support is offered depending on your needs, including:

• psychoeducational group sessions
• counselling and/or psychotherapy
• therapeutic groups
• peer support groups
