Revitalise Respite Centres
Revitalise is a national charity which provides respite holidays for disabled people aged 18 and above and carers.
They run three accessible holiday centres in Chigwell in Essex, Southampton and Southport.
Each centres provides:
- 24-hour on-call nursing care
- support from volunteers
- fully accessible facilities
- hospitality
- excursions and entertainment
- a relaxed and friendly environment
The nursing and care staff at the centres can provide support for people with a range of disabilities.
