SCAFT (Supporting Carers And Families Together) provide support, advice and guidance to young carers.
Young carer services
SCAFT offer group sessions to provide children and young people with a break from caring. This also offers them the chance to meet others with similar responsibilities, take part in activities and trips, and get access to information. Groups run in Rochford.
One-to-one support is also offered in primary and secondary schools in Rochford.
