The Perfect PA

The Perfect PA works with families of children and young people with SEND, aged 0 to 25 years old.  They help families to find personal assistants who can provide one to one support for the child or young person – at home or out in the local community.

The Perfect PA will:

• get a full understanding of the support needs of you or your child
• interview applicants
• carry out DBS checks, get references and check their right to work in the UK
• provide the profiles of applicants for you to select from
• set up a meeting for you to meet applicants
• train the successful PA
• arrange specialist health training where necessary
• provide ongoing support for you and your PA

The Perfect PA works with families who:

• are in receipt of a direct payment*;
• or wish to employ and pay for a PA themselves.

*The Perfect PA will need a formal referral from a social worker to provide this service for families who wish to use their direct payment to employ a PA.
