This programme prepares young people for employment through work experience and an Employability Skills qualification. Learners will also develop their maths, English, life and social skills.
Learners can work towards a certificate at levels Entry 3 to Level 2. They are supported to develop their employability, maths, English, life and social skills. It also gives people an insight into different work industries.
Personal Progress is for learners with complex needs. It offers activities based on real life scenarios so young people can increase their social, practical and visual awareness, and explore the skills needed to move into adulthood.
Learners will have the opportunity to work towards a qualification in Personal Progress and/or skills for active learners. Qualifications will help to develop cognitive development, physical awareness, fine motor and communication skills.
