Parent/Carer Support Groups in West Essex

Parent and carer support groups are a way to meet other parents for practical and emotional support.  Most groups are run by parents and carers of children with additional needs. They can offer:

  • friendship
  • information and advice
  • a listening ear
  • workshops
  • activities days
  • creches

Each group will offer something different. Some are open to parents and carers of children with any additional needs. Others are for parents whose children have the same need.

Find the list of groups based in Epping, Harlow and Uttlesford below. Please check the group’s website or Facebook to find out more on what they offer.
