Starting University, guidance published by the National Sensory Impairment Partnership (NatSIP), provides information for young people on choosing a university; finding a university through clearing; Disabled Students’ Allowance and other funding; negotiating support at university; life at university; and study advice.

Eyesite, a project sponsored by the Special Trustees of Moorfields Eye Hospital, is a unique internet resource designed especially for children and young people, promoting eye health and giving information about eye conditions and diseases. It contains age-specific patient information for three age groups, plus an animated eye, a virtual children’s eye hospital, games and other fun interactive features.
