What parents say about HI support for preschool children
The most recent survey into the quality of services experienced by deaf children, carers and educational settings was conducted in the 2 month period, December 2017 to January 2018, and is reported on below:

Parents of preschool children with a hearing impairment
Surveys are carried out annually to seek feedback from parents of preschool children. This information helps the service to improve and develop.
Since 2014, feedback from parents of hearing impaired children has been included in the general service annual survey reports.
