Autism Anglia Outreach Service
The Outreach programme is one of the adult services provided by Autism Anglia. It offers respite for families or carers of people over the age of 18 with a diagnosis of autism.
The Outreach service also offers support to people who need help with accessing the community or developing their life skills. Support is provided in the home or community.
Outreach is available:
- a few hours a week
- a few hours a month
Direct referrals are accepted. A referral will need to be made to social care who will then complete financial and care assessments.
Support can be privately funded or funded through the local authority via direct payment/personal budget.
