SEND complaints: guide for young people aged 16 to 25 in education

Why Can't People Agree ImageThis guide, which has been jointly developed by the Department for Education and Mott MacDonald, with help from young people with a learning disability and organisations that support them, is for young people aged 16 to 25 who may be unhappy with the help they are getting for their special educational needs and/or disability (SEND).

The guide covers many different topics such as important words, how to get help when you are unhappy with your school/college, Local Authority or health care service as well as information on mediation and going to tribunal.

Individuals or organisations supporting young people might also find this guide useful.
