** An error was identified from colleagues from the voluntary sector/charities trying to complete the survey, which meant they were unable to complete it fully. This has now been resolved. You only need to re-try completing the survey if you work within a voluntary organisation/charity and experienced a problem with getting past the second question. **

Essex SEND IASS – Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service – is conducting research to look at ways of improving its service so it can help more children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, and the people who care for and work with them.

They are looking for people who can take part in a short survey to answer a few simple questions about SEND IASS.

The survey takes about five minutes, and it doesn’t matter if you haven’t used the service, or even heard of them before today, your views are just as valuable. There are no right and wrong answers, you cannot be personally identified from your answers and all answers are kept in strictest confidence.

The results from the survey will be used to review the service to ensure it is meeting the needs and priorities of service users.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 7 September 2018.
